马六甲椰糖大发糕
材料:面粉一1.5Kg,

全部加在锅里煮至椰糖融化。除了面粉。

( 椰糖一900g
椰浆一700ml
水一300ml
班兰叶一50¢)

侍凉加入面粉和4小茶匙发粉搅拌均匀,倒入模,在面糊上用占油刀画十字。
大火蒸2⃣️小时
