Roti Jala - by Ng Mee Teng

My Roti Jala recipe adapted fr Azlita Masam Manis:
4 cups Water
4 cups Wheat Flour or Superfine Flour
4 nos. Whole Eggs
1/2 cups Veg. Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Tumeric Powder

- Mix all ingredients & whisk lightly till no lumps.
- Fill up Roti Jala mould & fry on medium heat.
- Remove fr pan once u see small little hole & roll it.
(No need to over turn)
