椰子馅料:
椰糖 500克,,水 100克,煮至糖溶解,过沥。加入椰丝750克, 姜碎 250克,干橘皮碎20克,班兰叶 几片,煮至约乾,加入 花生碎 250 克, 芝麻 150克,最后才下4 汤匙面粉。
