南瓜喜板 - By Kim Turtle

普通面粉(过滤) 250g Plain flour (sieved)
糯米粉(过滤) 250g
Glutinous rice flour (sieved)
糖粉 150g Super fine sugar
即溶孝母 6g (大概1/2tbsp满)
Instant yeast 6g (about 1/2 tbsp full)
南瓜泥 200g Pumpkin paste
清水 200-250ml Water
油 30g Oil
香蕉叶  Banana leave



做法 :
1)面粉,糯米粉,糖,孝母,南瓜泥,水(水别一次倒完,要看面团的软度),一起搅拌,水慢慢加,至团即可。
2)成团后加入油,再次柔均,如果粘手,可以用塑料刮刀代替。(油不要放太多,要不然面团都被油包围着发孝不起)
3)待发 一个小时,手掌粘点油(材料另外),分成小粒(58g), 放在香蕉叶上,压一压,再待发半小时,就可以拿去蒸啦。(我先煮开锅里的水)

*蒸十二分钟,关火后锅盖开个小缝五分钟,小心打开锅盖,不要
让水份滴到喜板,喜板就会美美了。(我一关了火,就直接打开锅盖,那出喜板了)

第一次做是放在纸上,只发孝一次,油放了一点多,出来的效果不是很理想。
第二次做就在5月10号,放在香蕉叶上,发孝两次,油份减少(一点一点加,团不粘手即可)。第二次的效果非常满意,非常开心的带会家给妈妈试吃。妈妈说: 成功了!!好吃!!
