Skin ingredients:
250g sweet potato (peeled, slice, steamed n mashed)
350g glutinous rice flour
200 ml coconut cream
130 ml water
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Some red color
90 ml oil

Method:
1) Mix coconut cream, water, sugar, salt n red color together.
2) Place glutinous rice flour in big bowl, pour in coconut mixture n mix into dough.
3) Add mashed sweet potato to the dough n mix well.
#4) Remove 30g of the dough, flatted a little, n put it into a pot of boiling water n cook till the dough cook. (Just a few minutes)
5) Add the cooked dough back to the dough n knead well. (Be careful of the hot dough)
6) Lastly add in the oil n mix well.
7) Divide the dough into ball, @30g, depending on the mould u using.
8) Dust some glutinous rice flour on the mould, flatten the dough n place filling on it, cover and shape into round ball.
9) Place the ball in the mould, lightly flatten, then knock out and place on greased banana leaf.
10) Arrange kuih on a steaming tray and steam for 5-7mins over medium low heat. (do not over steam it to prevent it turned out of shape!). Once done, remove from steamer, lightly brush kuih surface with oil.
