Bailey Irish Coffee Ice Cream
Whipping Cream 400g
Condensed Milk 1/2 can
Coffee Mate 2 tbsp
Milo powder 1 tbsp
Instant Nescafe powder 1/2 tsp
Bailey Irish Cream 3 tbsp
Kahlua 1 tbsp
Method:
Mix all the ingredients into a deep bowl & use electric hand mixer to whisk till fluffy. Pour in a container to store in fridge for 2 hours, after 2 hours take out & whisk again repeat for 2-3 times. Keep in fridge for 6 hours or overnight then serve to eat. Enjoy your ice cream.
