Home make Double Coco Rice Ice-Cream
1 Ltr whipping ( From Gim him Lee - Haig Rd ) freeze it and it wont goes frozen not to worry.
500ml meiji milk (cold)
50gm coco powder - at your own choice (unsweeten)
100gm chocolate rice
whipping + milk + coco = use electric mix / hand mixer to whisk till fluffy or stiff peak 
add in chocolate rice. 
Pour in a container 
Keep in fridge freezes it overnight then serve.
