  包子(菜/Curry)
皮料:
A:使用前混合均匀
既溶酵母1茶匙
清水 80ml
包粉(Bluekey)40g
(3样成分加起来搅拌均匀做面种)

B:包粉250g
糖粉60g
双倍发粉1茶匙
清水适量(依包粉吸水能力自行加减)
菜油20g

1.将A 拌均匀,发酵30min(面种)
2.将1材料(面种)加入B料里,搓至光滑,休面20分,分割成你要的分量。
3.包入馅料,待发20min~30min
4.煮好滚水,蒸10min,熄火,呙盖开一条小缝,让热气出来,再取出包子。
