Banana and Walnut Loaf
250g Plain Flour
10g Baking Powder
2 g Baking soda
2.5g Salt
5g Cinnamon
125g Butter
180g Sugar
350g Ripe banana,mashed
75g Walnut pieces,.Optional- some extra sprinkle on top.
few drops of vanilla extract
Sift flours with baking powder,baking soda,salt n cinnamon..Cream butter n sugar until light..Add eggs,one at a time,beating well between additions and adding 1 tsp of flours mixture with each egg..Add flour mixture to creamed mixture alternately with bananas,beating well until smooth ..Stir in nuts n vanilla and mix well...
pour into a lined loaf tin...Smooth top n sprinkle some nut on top and bake at 180c in centre of oven for about 1 hours ..
