Yuzu muffin- Bc

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of plain flour
1 cup sugar

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter (at room temp)
2eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp yuzu
icing sugar for sprinkle

Method:
1. Preheat oven 175 degree.
2. Cream butter and sugar with a mixer.
3. Add 1 egg at a time till fully combine. Add second egg and mix well.
4. Add vanilla and yuzu, mix well.
5. Add in 1/3 of flour and baking powder to the mixture and mix well.
6. Add in 1/3 of milk and mix well.
7. Repeat step 5 and 6 alternate ly till all mixture well combined. 8. Fill up muffin case till 70% full.
9. Bake in oven for 25 mins or till mixture turn golden brown.
10. Remove from oven and let in cool a little and sprinkle some icing sugar.
