Cookie and Cream -Ice Cream Cake 
 
500ml heavy / whipping cream
200gm condenser milk( I use home make condenser)
2 tsp vanilla essence
I stick Oreo 137gm ( crushed include filling also )
Base:
230 gm digestive biscuits- crush
100 gm melted unsalted butter
 

Direction:
Whip heavy cream until stiff.
Carefully fold in condenser milk and vanilla extract you also can some cocoa powder if you want .
Finally fold in the crushed Oreo or any other cookie also can .
Fill the mould over the ice cream batter .
The amount is for 8'2 inch round tall cake. Sprinkle wif some chopped Oreo on top ... then freezer overnight... yummy yummy
