Cake base
A. 120g Butter
12 pcs Digestive biscuits
B. 400g Durain fresh smash
250g Cheese cream
500ml whipping cream
20g gelatine sheet (soak cold water)
45g fine sugar
All in durain fresh n mix well
Add in 300ml whipping cream mix well n mix the rest again evenly
Double boil the gelatine until liquid.
Scoop 3 tbsp of batter onto the gelatine n mix well then mix it to the rest of the batter .
Mix it well n pour into the mould n put it in the fridge overnight.
