1 pack Konnyaku jelly + 1350 ltr Water (follow directions given on packet)

2-3 tsp goji berries
2-3 teaspoon osthamus flowers (1-1.5tsp for every 400ml of water)
**optional -A small bunch of pandan leaves, tied in a knot
Method:
1. Boil osthamus flowers, goji berries and red dates in water for 10-15 minutes.
2. Add konnyaku jelly powder and stir for 2-3 minutes until dissolved.
3. Pour into jelly mould. Set in fridge, preferably over night.
