400g bread flour, 
100g whole meal flour, 
7g yeast, 
30g sugar, 
330g water, 
30g butter, 
10g salt...

  • mix flour, yeast sugar in the mixing bowl, 
  • add water to mix into dough. . 
  • Add butter and salt. .
  • Mix till you get window pane. .
  • proof for 1hr. 
  •  Divide the dough to 3 equal share.. 
  • Cover and rest for 15 mins. 
  • Shape the dough and roll with topping you like and proof for another 45mins to 1 hr. 
  • Use sharp blade to make a few cut on the dough.. 
  • heat up the oven, 
  • spray some water into the dough and bake for 25 to 30 mins at 220 degree. .
