400g bread flour,
100g whole meal flour,
7g yeast,
30g sugar,
330g water,
30g butter,
10g salt...
- mix flour, yeast sugar in the mixing bowl,
- add water to mix into dough. .
- Add butter and salt. .
- Mix till you get window pane. .
- proof for 1hr.
- Divide the dough to 3 equal share..
- Cover and rest for 15 mins.
- Shape the dough and roll with topping you like and proof for another 45mins to 1 hr.
- Use sharp blade to make a few cut on the dough..
- heat up the oven,
- spray some water into the dough and bake for 25 to 30 mins at 220 degree. .
