Oreo ice cream - by Ng Mee Teng


Home-made Oreo Ice-cream
Recipe:
(A)
150g Coffee Mate
30g Castor Sugar
400ml Evaporated Milk (susu sejat)
15g Vanilla Powder
(B)
6-8 pcs Oreo cookies - broken into small pieces

- Mix (A) into a big bowl & cover with cling film.
- Put the bowl in freezer for 3-5 hours.
- Remove fr freezer & beat till double in volume.
- Put into container & add (B) on top of mixture.
- Freeze it (preferably overnight).

For Chocolate ice-cream, substitute vanilla powder with cocoa powder.
