Light & Soft Marble Cake - by Cindy Chee Yit Fuen

 
Light & Soft Marble Cake 
Beat 4 whole eggs & 1 egg yolk, 
1 tsp of vanilla essence with 80g of sugar 
@ high speed until ribbon stage. 

Add in 100g of cake flour, 
fold in 100g of melted butter. 
Take half of the batter 
mix with 1/2 tsp of chocolate elmuco or chocolate paste. 
I use 8" of round baking tin. 
Bake @ 160 degree at middle rack for 30 to 35 minutes.
