Butter Cake credit to  Seong Kit
CKae flour 165g
Sugar 125g 
Baking powder 1 tsp
Butter 250g
Eggs 3
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Preheat oven at 170C
1) Whisk butter, sugar, salt and vanilla essence until light and fluffy
2) Add eggs, one at a time.
3) Fold in sieved flour
4) Bake at 170C for 40mins
