 Rainbow cupcake

Recipe for basic vanilla cupcake

240g butter
200g sugar
5 eggs
255g self raising flour
1tsp Vanilla bean paste

Cream butter and sugar
Add eggs and vanilla bean paste
Fold in shifted flour
Spoon into cases and bake at 170deg for 20-25 mins in the middle shelf
