Famous amos copycat cookie

250 grams of plain flour or all purpose flour
150 grams of semi sweet chocolate chips
60 grams of butter (at room temperature)

60 grams of vegetable shortening
100 grams of brown sugar
50 grams of white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/2-1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of fresh milk
3/4 teaspoon of baking soda
