English muffin - by Doris Ong Guek Eng

This recipe can make 6-8 muffins .
Doris English muffin
Once again thank you all for like n compliments it's my pleasure to share.
300g bread flour
250g lukewarm water or 
milk to ur liking 
1pkt dry yeast (11g)
1tsp salt 
1/2tsp sugar 
1 tbsp veg oil
pour yeast into luke warm milk to effect .
sif flour,salt,sugar into mixing bowl make a well add in veg oil milk stir n mix into a sticky dough
milk yeast mixture forgot to type out when to add in .mix in the flour together
after that bring to work surface to knead for 10mins
it will foam a smooth dough cover n proof for 30min or dubble in size.
than punch air out bring dough to work surface n roll falt use cookies cutter to cut 
than dust some rice flour on the muffins set at warm place for second proofing 
it take 15-20mins or double in size than is ready to pan fry without oil.

for the proofing maybe I got a warm kitchen dear first proof 35 done second proof only 15-20mins n is ready to pan fry..
or into oven bake at 190 for 12-15mins base on individual oven. hope you like enjoy baking hv a nice evening everyone....
