Home-made Honey Grape Jam - by Ng Mee Teng

Home-made Honey Grape Jam:
600g Seedless Black/Red grapes

200ml Water
200g Fructose or any tpye of sugar
100ml Honey

- Blend (A) until fine & remove accumulated foam.
- Mix (A) & (B) and cook over high heat to bring mixture to boil.
- Reduce to medium heat & stir continuously till mixture is thick for approximately 30 mins.
- Pour jam into jar while it is still hot & place a piece of doyley paper on top. Cover tightly n leave to cool before refridgerate.
