English Muffin - by Fiona Lau

English muffin (makes 7 )
300g Bread flour
150ml milk
1 egg
5g salt
5g sugar
8g yeast
10g butter ( I replace to coconut oil )
 2 Tbsp water (to mix with yeast )
15g corn meal( i omit corn meal flour and dust wif bread flour it still taste good )

1) Mix all ingredient except butter.
2) after dough form add butter.
3) proof for an hour and double it's size
4) release the air and cut into 7 equal dough.
5) 2nd proof for an hour
6) dust and coat with bread flour
7) heat skillet and use low flame and pan fry till both side golden brown about 15min .. very easy
