Recipes:
1 bowl of plain flour
1 bowl of sugar
1 bowl of eggs (around 3 to 4)
Method:
1) Beat the eggs and sugar until pale white.
2) Then add in flour and using spatula to fold till all combined.
3) After mix well pour into basket with paper and using sugar to cut cross.
4) And using high heat to steam for 30 minutes.
*Remarks: I normally will keep some sugar from the 1 bowl to cut cross, so no need additions of sugar to cut cross.
*The last i make i also add some fresh pandan juice also taste very nice too.
