Fresh Strawberry puree Ogura - by Baking Mama Jenny Lim

Recipe 8x8 square
50g Corn oil
70ml freshly puree strawberry

5egg yolk and 1 whole egg
70g Top flour
For Meringue
5 egg whites
80g caster sugar
1/2tsp cream of tartar
Whisk egg yolks, whole egg, corn oil, strawberry puree till well mix. Add in flour and mix well, set aside
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar till foamy and add 3 batches of sugar till stiff
Mix 1/3 meringue into yolk batter and pour in batter into bal of meringue and fold in well
Pour batter into cake tin, tap lightly remove bubbles
Bake @160 for 1h15min using water bath and another @150 for 45min. Fiona Lau shi fu
