Teriyaki honey chicken wings - Audrey Tan

Teriyaki honey chicken wings
12 full 3 part fresh chicken wings
1 tbsp thick teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp light soya
2 tbsp dark soya
1.5 tsp sesame oil
Pepper
1 tbsp honey
0.75 tbsp brown sugar
Marinate for min 2hr. Longer better.
Bake in conventional oven at 185 degrees for 15 min with skin facing down.
Turn the wings with skin up and add the rest of the marinade in if hv any left.
Continue to bake for another 5 min and increase temp to 200 degress for another 10 mins or so. Do check oven regularly.
