RICH CHOCOLATE BROWNIES - by Eileen Chung


CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
125gm dark chocolate
125gm butter
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
¼ cup flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
Oven 150 deg C.
Bake for 35 mins

Melt 125gm dark choc and 125gm butter together.
Beat 3 eggs and 1 cup caster sugar together till thick and pale.
Add the melted butter/choc mixture to the beaten eggs/sugar. Fold in gently.
Add the flour and cocoa powder to the mixture, fold in gently till well mixed.
Bake 35 mins on 150 deg. C.
Once done, cut within 10 minutes after taking out from oven whilst it is still warm.
