Watercress drink
2-3 Preserved dates
1 big Lo han guo
Lump sugar (optional)
Honey (optional)
Wash and clean all ingredients. In a pot pour in 2500ml - 3000ml water and add in all the ingredients except the lump sugar and honey , with high heat cook untill the water is boiling.Turn the heat to low heat and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Add in the lump sugar up to taste (optional) and cook for another 10 minutes .Done
** For the honey- if you not prefer lump sugar you may add 1 -2 tsp of honey in the glass before served **
