No Knead Rice Cooker bread ( Kneading Free) - by Vonne VI


~No oven & mixer needed
~Just needed chopsticks,bowl ,rice cooker and ingredients

Ingredients

1/2 cup +1 tbsp warm milk
2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted and slightly cooled)
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 1/2 Tbsp castor sugar
1/2 tsp fine salt
1 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
2 1/4cups bread flour

Direction
1) Put all the ingredients in a small bowl except the flour and salt. Stir and let rest for 5 minutes.

2)In a big bowl mixed the flour and salt combined.Add in the milk mixture and mixed it with chopsticks untill it forms a dough. Grease the rice cooker bowl with some butter or oil ( you may skip this step if your rice cooker bowl is a non stick bowl). Transfer the dough into the rice cooker and cover with the lid without on the power .Let's it proofing for 2 hours and 15 minutes. (At this time, the dough should be double in size)

3)Open the lid, remove the dough air by turning the dough using a pair of chopsticks ( make sure the dough not stick on the rice cooker bowl) . Cover up the lid and let the dough sit in the rice cooker for another 1 hour or 1hour and 15 minutes then you can start bake your bread by on the rice cooker and press start...

** if your rice cooker have baking mode then you bake in baking mode for 50~60 minutes

*** If your rice cooker is normal type without baking mode , then you just press cook button ..when the cooker button stop cooking use a pair of spoon or rice scooper or by hand ( any menthod) to flip over the bread ( up side down) and press start button cook again. When the button stop cooking ...open the lid to check if the bread cooked..(this depend on the rice cooker cause every rice cooker have their different temperature~ normally the bread will done in 1 to 2 times flip over)

4) Remove the bread from the rice cooker and let's it cool down for 10 minutes before serve
