Crispy mix veg with prawns and ikan bilis - Regina Baig


Crispy Batter (very big batch)

  • 240g Self raising flour
  • 20g Potato flour
  • 20g Corn flour
  • 20g rice flour
  • A table spoon Sesame oil 
  • Half teaspoon salt 
  • A teaspoon Baking powder 
  • Ice water


  1. Mix well to a texture that is like liquid yogurt drink but little thicker. 
  2. Put back in fridge for at least 15 mins 
  3. Take out from fridge just mix again then ready to deep fry at 180 degree for any crispy thing u like. Very lasting crisps
  4. (Added in lots of chopped onions, ikan bilis green chili,red chili, carrots and prawns, a table spoon oyster sauce, soya sauce dash of sesame oil and white Pepper ).
  5. Even after it's cold the crisps still retain.
