Steamed glutinous chicken rice - BY Fiona Lau
Lor Mai Kai.. 12 serving

A: marinade (chicken and mushroom)
2 whole chicken legs (cut about 12)
small Mushrooms 12 pcs  
2 sausage slice
1 tsp sesame oil
pepper your own liking
1 tbsp corn flour
11/2 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
half tbsp sugar
mince garlic a little will do
a little ginger juice
1 tsp dark soya sauce

A.
1tbsp Oyster sauce,
a few drops of sesame oil,  
cornstarch 1tbsp,
pepper,
soy sauce,
sugar and all the A soak for few hour

B. seasonings (rice)
Rice 1kg (soaked 5 hrs and drain the water)
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce,
1 tbsp sesame oil
half tsp 5 spice,
pepper,
sugar,
a little salt

C. sauce (pour on glutinous rice)
2 diced garlic,
2 small shallots (diced),
4 tbsp oil amount,
400ml water/ chicken stock,
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil,
pepper to taste,
soy sauce 1 / 2tbsp
little salt  
 
6 hard boil eggs cut into half (12 pcs)

Steps:
1. Place the chicken and mushrooms in a bowl add the marinade and mix well and marinade few hrs.
2. Heat oil and garlic and shallots, add rice and seasoning B mix evenly and fry till all evenly mix
3. place 13 small bowl or aluminum foil mini pan also can.  put the marinated chicken, mushrooms, sausage, eggs fried rice and add amount of sauce over the rice top at own liking and steam for 1 hour 15 minutes
