Baby chiffon cake
4 egg
180g castor sugar
1/2 tsp ovalette
150ml pandan juice(10pandan leaves)
280gm cake flour
200ml coconut milk

200gm fresh coconut add 1/2 tsp salt, cornflour mix well keep for pressing into the mould,press hard leave aside before u pour batter into it.
Beat egg n sugar until fluffy n creamy add ovalette beat for 10 mins later add pandan juice beat until well combine add flour lastly coconut milk stir until well mix
Pour into mould steam for 10 mins on high heat.
Can get mould in baking indgredient shop .
