sticky rice cake ( Nian Gao ) - By Peggy Lee


300gm glutinous rice flour
125gm cane sugar
125gm light brown sugar

50gm golden syrup
3tbsp coconut oil
300ml water

Method
Use half the water dissolve the sugar till meth can liao
Add all ingredients in a big bowl stir and mix well then steam for 1hr
