Lemon Vinegar - By Angela Low Gek Luan


It's slimming time, I make this Lemon Vinegar.

Ingredient:
4 Lemon,
Yellow Rock Sugar 1 Pkt,
Distilled White Vinegar 1 Bot.

1) Use Salt to rub the lemon to get rid of e wax on it than wash clean & let it air dry.
2) Wash e Jar with Hot Water & let it air dry.
3) Use Hot water to wash your cutting board & knife than air dry.
4) Cut lemon in thin slice.
5) Lay 1 layer of Lemon than 1 layer of Yellow Rock sugar till all finish.
6) Pour e bot of vinegar into e jar till almost full. Cover it and let it rest for 14 days.


Consume:
1 Tbsp with a glass of warm water.

* Do not use Jar with metal or aluminum cover, I tried it before & e lid is rusty so had to throw away e whole jug.
* Lemon, Jar, Cutting Board & knife must be dry after wash so that e lemon will not be moldy
* for Slimming best result drink 1Tbsp with a big cup of warm water before meal.
* Vinegar do not touch e lid of e Jar when U have such Jar like me with e rubber there.
