recipe for the
Semperit cookies
A
125 g softened butter
70 g icing sugar
B
170 g plain flour
20g custard powder
60 g corn flour
To b sieved tog

1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Cherries for decoration
Method
Beat butter n sugar till fluffy
Add in egg yolk n v. Essence
Add in sieved flours
Press cookies on the Semperit cookie press
Bake at 180C for 20 mins
